Pauline Burke has a Bachelor of honours degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy and Counselling obtained by ICHAS Limerick. Pauline has also completed the Advanced Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST).
Pauline has a wide range of experience working with Limerick Mental Association, Aisling (Youth Addiction Centre) and a local family resource centre, etc.
Pauline creates a friendly, safe non-judgmental space to help encourage self-awareness and personal growth. She is passionate about her client’s needs and tailors her sessions based on the client’s needs. She uses mindfulness and integrates it with CBT techniques. Pauline believes in supporting each client to find their own innate strengths and resources to make the changes they want in their life.
Pauline is a member of Association of Professional Counselling and Psychotherapy (APCP).
