Qualification: B.A (Hons) in Counselling and Psychotherapy, B.A in Social Care, Certificate in Addiction Counselling
Michelle is a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist and completed her studies in CIT. Michelle also holds a degree in Social Care as has worked for several years with Adolescents. She is a member of IACP and IAHIP and follows the ethical guidelines.
Michelle has completed training in Attachment Trauma: Human Evolution and Recovery, Family Constellations, Creative Therapy for Adults and Adolescents, Saor Training, First Aid and Children First. Michelle is a Pre Accredited therapist with IAHIP and IACP.
Michelle’s training has allowed her to provide an integrative humanistic approach to clients drawing from a number of different approaches such as; Gestalt, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Transactional Analysis, working with each client to suit their individual needs and helping them develop a greater understanding of their thoughts and emotions.
Michelle is experienced in working with, adolescents, parents of young adults, couples and clients with disability.
Michelle is available for short-term solution focused work and long term work.
