Lorena’s training and theoretical background is in humanistic and integrative psychotherapy, incorporating psychodynamic and person-centred approach. Lorena believes that each person has the capacity within themselves to maximize their potential and heal, and part of her job is to help each person find this potential within the therapeutic relationship. Lorena provides an environment in which the client feels safe, respected and heard; she is committed to being present to clients as they find their voice in an individual and non-judgmental way.
