Integrative approach: CBT, psycho-dynamic, solution focused therapy, The Gottman Method in couples’ therapy, Co – active coaching
Justyna is a qualified psychologist with over 10 years of experience. She is also a qualified life coach (Diploma obtained in Positive Success Group in Dublin in 2013). She believes that being a good therapist requires constant learning and self-development, therefore she attends training, workshops and courses in order to broaden her skills and knowledge.
When working with clients, Justyna is using an integrative approach, which means she is combining elements of CBT, psycho-dynamic therapy and solution focused therapy, depending on the needs of her clients, difficulties they are struggling with and their goals.
Justyna believes that each person has great inner wisdom and potential to change, grow and to cope with difficulties that occur in life – and the role of a psychologist is to support clients in discovering their abilities, and learning how to use them in achieving the changes they need.
