Graham Daly is currently completing a B.A. (Hons) in Counselling & Psychotherapy at Cork Institute of Technology, a training which is approved by the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP). With a long-held interest in personal development and a background in mindfulness, Graham’s aim is to meet, respect and support the client while acknowledging and exploring whatever may arise during a session.
Graham has a strong belief in the individual’s own ability to make the desired changes in one’s life when provided with the welcoming, secure space that the therapeutic relationship can offer. Graham combines an integrative, client-centred approach and aspects of mindfulness with a foundation of non-judgemental, empathic understanding in order to promote therapeutic healing and change.
