Conor offers solution focused counselling and emotional exploration through an attitude of acceptance and a willingness to understand what is going on for the client right now. During his training, Conor’s research focused on the creation, and impact, of the therapeutic relationship on both the client and the therapist. He understands the importance of the meaning and understanding that we place on our life experiences. Conor is committed to creating an honest and real therapeutic relationship with clients. He works with clients to create a therapeutic environment that facilitates growth towards the clients’ full life potential. He works to provide a space where clients may become more aware of their feelings, experiences, beliefs about life, their patterns of behaviour, their relating to others, and how these may be impacting and shaping their life right now.
