Audrey Bourke has completed a MA in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in the Irish College of Humanities and Applied Science (ICHAS). Prior to this she has completed a MA in Sociology (Youth, Community and Social Regeneration) in the University of Limerick and a BA in Public Administration also in The University of Limerick. She has also completed the Safetalk course and Understanding Self Harm.
Audrey has gained experience working in an addiction centre, working with men and women who are going through separations and divorces, bereavements and loss, working with vulnerable young people and a wide variety of individuals suffering from other mental health issues.
Audrey aims to meet, respect and support the client while acknowledging and exploring whatever may arise during a session and work through the issue in a non judgmental safe therapeutic space.
