Approaches: Integrative, CBT, Gestalt Therapy, Systemic Therapy, Gottman Couple Therapy as well as Coaching and Motivational Dialogue
Anna Nauka holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology at the University of Wroclaw. She is a member of Psychological Society of Ireland. She attends regular supervision and abides by the code of ethics of the PSI.
She has completed a first level coaching training from the Center of Education CEL in Wroclaw. And certified in Couples Counselling in PCI College and Family Therapy in The Institute of Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy. She has also completed Levels 1, 2 and 3 in Gottman Couple Therapy.
Anna is committed to continuous personal development and has completed further training in Bereavement & Loss, Working with Trauma, Childhood Sexual Abuse, Somatic Experiencing and Mindfulness.
Anna has practiced in the Counselling Center at the University of Wroclaw and also in the Lower Silesian Psychotherapy Center. Since 2013 she has been working with MyMind, where she provides individual sessions for adults and children as well as Couple and Family Therapy. She has conducted workshops and trainings in the areas of motivation, communication, body image and assertiveness. Anna practices as Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist using elements of CBT, Gestalt Therapy and Systemic Therapy tailoring the therapy process to suit each client’s individual needs. She believes that every person has a unique strengths and resources that allow them to make even the most difficult changes in their lives.
