Approaches: Integrative (Humanistic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Reality Therapy, Gestalt)
Aga Kulczycka – Dopiera completed a Master Degree in Psychology (University of Warsaw) and she is a Ph.D. candidate in Psychology (University of Gdańsk). She has both clinical and counselling experience that she gained mainly in the Institute of Psychiatry and Neurology in Warsaw. This year she is graduating from The Institute of Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy in Dublin (Diploma Course). In her professional work, she uses an integrative approach mainly influenced by Humanistic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Reality Therapy and Gestalt. She works according to IACP Code of Ethics and attends counselling supervision. Agnieszka believes that the aim of therapy is to provide the client with opportunities to better understand themselves and their problems, and to find more satisfying ways of living.
