Workshops and trainings
MyMind organizes Group Workshop where through psychoeducation and active participation you will learn how to deal with difficult situations in your life.
You will be presented with the tools and methods that will help you to improve specific areas of your life. We live in a world where money, knowledge and career are often ahead of values such as happiness and love. We often don’t know how to communicate with each other, how to understand and listen to our partners, children or coworkers, how and what to think to be happy or when to slow down to enjoy the moment.
During the specific Workshop you will learn skills that even though simple are crucial for your well being.
Workshops usually take one or two days and each of them is devoted to a different topic.

- One day workshop Euro 75

- Training - training days are advertised separately and prices may vary
- Support groups with mental health professional - Euro 30 per session (90 minutes)

Cancellation Policy:
Your fee will be refunded in full if you cancel at least four weeks prior to the workshop date. If you cancel less than four weeks prior, our refund policy is as follows:
- Cancel less than four weeks but more than two weeks before the workshop date, you will be refunded in full minus a Euro 20 administrative fee.
- Cancel less than two weeks before the workshop date, you will be refunded 50% of the workshop fee.
- No shows = no refund. However, substitutions are welcome, or you may select another class in the same year.
